You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with proof of purchase.

Damages & issues
Please inspect your order on arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will assess the issue and help arrange the appropriate solution.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Some items cannot be returned, including personalised products, intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, and gift cards. Contact us if you are unsure whether your item qualifies.
Sale items and gift cards may be excluded unless required by law.
Exchanges
The fastest way to receive a different size or style is to return your item and place a new order after your return is accepted.
Exchange availability depends on current stock.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
If your order is delivered to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days without giving a reason, subject to applicable exceptions.
The 14 day period begins when you receive the goods.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
Your bank or card issuer may require additional processing time.
